Shipping Policy
5th Gen Beauty accepts orders all year round at 5thgenbeauty.net. Orders will be processed (pending payment approval), packaged and shipped within 1 to 7 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/FEDEX Mail within the continental United States and will arrive at their final destination within 4 to 7 business days after the order is processed. 5th Gen Beauty (5thgenbeauty.net) business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays.
Processing Time / Turn-around-time (TAT): Orders made online for products that are available and in stock will be processed and shipped within 1 to 7 business days. Bulk and Customs orders varies greatly and is based on the type and quantity of the order; however, ranged from 7 to 14 business days to be processed and shipped. Shoppers can contact 5th Gen Beauty customer service at info@5thgenbeauty.net for assistance or if you have any questions.

In the customized wigs section of the website ALL units are ready to ship, bleached, plucked, styled, ready to wear and require no processing time after purchase.
Due to the wide variety of products offered on our website, not all lengths and texture are ready to ship and will have a 3-14 days processing time. For all other natural or colored wigs, please read information in “RED” this information tells ready to ship lengths and textures in each sections. All other wigs and textures may take 7-14 for items to be processed and shipped.
Return Policy
All regular priced items bought on 5thgenbeauty.net will gladly be accepted for a refund or store credit with 10 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be returned in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non-refundable. Items purchased with a discount code can be returned for store credit. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If such items are returned, a 20% restocking fee will be charge to your account.

All custom order sales are final. Refunds are not applicable.
